Mista-B is born and raised in San Francisco and has been part of numerous DJ movements. He has been in numerous International DJ Competitions and has performed and DJed all over the world. Mista-B has been a member of the 4OneFunk and Skratchpad DJ collectives. He is well known for his original beat juggling styles and is influenced by the styles of Shortkut, Swift Rock and the Executioners just to name a few. Currently, Mista-B is part of the Love Talkin’ where they share their own love of many Asian (Japanese, Pilipino, Vietnamese, and more) musical and cultural traditions. This has been done in vinyl events from San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Hawaii, New York, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Manila and other places. In addition to his musical achievements, Mista-B works in education as a teacher in DJ-audio production and media arts for high school students in San Francisco.
