Raised in Los Angeles and molded by Brooklyn, Sidestreets has been moving dance floors across NYC for years with a sound rooted in house, disco, Latin funk, and leftfield grooves. Originally playing bass and guitar in funk and psychedelic bands, his musical influences grew immensely when he relocated to NY in 2018. Since then he has started a summer daytime party known as Cruise Control, taken the title of Creative Musical Director for CAMP Music Festival, and has recently released his debut EP Cologne That Smells Like The Beach on PFR Records. Pulling from decades of club history and worldwide influences, expect dynamic, groove-driven sets with unexpected twists.
